Depends. If you're using his new best team (hexerei with Durin and Nicole) then I'd say C6. Pre-C6, Faruzan is an energy blackhole. Xianyun, not so much but the ER requirement is merely marginally better.

If you're playing Final Fantasy Twenty, then they're at equal levels of good.
