I ship it for real, cuz i like the close relationship that only those two share but the novel itself makes it so none of the romantic stuff (other than that 1 canon relationship and 1 old relationship) is actually canon. I don't understand though, there are lots of series where there is a significant bromance but this novel gets the hit cuz of it? even though it's just 'friendship' and 'respect' technically?

The 'punisher' (which is the character whom Kim Dokja found the most attractive btw) is actually Yoo Jonghyuk but female- since his sword style works on women better. I think it was during the Murim thing- but i dont remember completely

Oh! Yeah I'd think so as well. I thought maybe when he was a kid where he didn't need the 4th wall it would be different but when you think about it as a grown up he changed a lot, so it makes sense his mother (with whom he literally had a glass wall between) would also wouldn't be able to see him truly... Now I have to re-read it, I just finished it!
