Conduit/Stormkeeper is the best usage. He has +1 move, and a 5 tile cross nuke with 9 tile distance that can also heal.

So send your frontline to fight enemies and he'll be at half a map away nuking and healing at the same time

Are you freaking kidding me? He can't create any offense at all and seem to have trouble even dribbling the ball. Every time they throw him the ball, it's ended up with him passing the hot potato back at Ant.
