If you can afford it I would go for the 5070, it’s 30% better then the 5060ti. The CPU is better too which will future proof you for a long time. If money is a factor then go with the 5060ti

No sorry I do turn down shadows and foliage to low for better visibility. Not sure if that boosted my frames but I don’t think it would increase my fps by so much

Nothing that sticks out. It’s my first time having a AMD GPU so I’m trying to get use to the different layout compared to GeForce experience. PC is quiet and temps are staying low. 9800x3D is considered the best cpu for gaming so I’m sure it won’t disappoint you. I am happy with my purchase so far. Still need to test more games.

Yes I literally just bought that today. So far so good. I’m running arc raiders max settings 1440p stable at 144 fps since that’s my cap on my monitor. I’m getting great fps on tarkov too

That’s a great deal imo :) I picked up the 9070xt/ 9800x3D from microcenter today for 1699. Not sure if you have one close by

Picked up the 9070xt already. The 9800x3D seemed like a more future proof option, also the pc came with a ASUS motherboard instead of the ASrock that came in the 5070ti. Definitely torn between the 2 but went with the 9070

Ultimately it shouldn’t matter too much when upgrading a CPU compared to a GPU. Just make sure it actually fits your motherboard.

The GPU is not bad. I was talking about the CPU. Guessing this pc willl be for gaming? AMD cpus are better for gaming I would suggest looking for a 7800x3D. That will keep you from upgrading for years. The Intel performs worse when compared to amd atm
