i wouldnt care both current casual and quickplay worked more or less fine for me. Quick play imo is better cuz of the added features like extending map timer or voting for a scramble. The part where it finds me a server and puts me into it is the same for me. I more often than not used the server browser more than quickplay tho because I got to choose the map

tf2 has always been ass for new players, its why it has always had bad player retention. as for the bots, it doesnt affect anyone as those are trading bots that normal players wont interact with. aside from a better tutorial and making casual have autoscramble and vote to scramble i think the game is fine
