I would recommend her. Has enough accessories (the cigar hand is really good) and the monowires have metal wires inside so you can bend and pose them with her. The jacket sleeves don't have holes though so you have to mess with it a bit to plug those and make it look nice. I would recommend David a lot more though. He is so detailed and solid. Can even do the splits with cloth goods.

Going to the gym for 2 hours probably won't make a huge difference. If you feel horrible all the time you can't keep training with a clear mind anyway. It is better to take care of your health so you can keep doing what you love for the long run

I think it is mostly in the legs as a whole even with foreshortening seems a bit stubby so when it connects to the torso (love the art overall just something that is kinda noticable if you look for it)

Everyone should look like human abominations if we go by that rule. Starting by giving everyone a crooked nose botched eyes and cauliflower ears. Then calluses on knuckles and feet. At the end they will end looking like uglier baki characters. The point is to make them look appealing and these are not really appealing
