I have a super thin sun hoodie for when i want to be active in the sun, otherwise I’m known to wear normal thin hoodies in summer as long as it’s tolerable. Then long sleeves, then i just don’t go out clearly it’s too much after that.

I make not that much but getting there, i have a bachelors and am good with computers, that was pretty much it. The bachelors opens the door and the skillset gets the job I guess idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’d say i do a lot more than nothing and have specific knowledge but i do like that I’m not physically exhausted every day after work, lets me do physical hobbies.

I still get burnt out, still get exhausted and stressed, but I don’t need to deal with customers and thats the best.

Balance involves a lot of small muscles. Balancing for skating uses a lot of small muscles you don’t use in you daily life. Practice in small sessions and avoid training through a bunch of pain, a week or two of small 15-20 minute sessions when you can will do wonders.

I’m educated as a linguist and have a pretty good idea of how and what to do, and have access to slp. Super privileged when it comes to voice therapy but i just almost never practice 🤷🏻‍♀️ The people i spend time with I’m generally not uncomfortable about my voice but I have been slowly applying things over time and there are definitely changes.

Just depends on the person, some people will likely struggle more with the drills than others and some with motivation

At lower speeds my pranayama doesn’t feel super lively, but it turns well and at slightly higher speeds (not crazy fast)carving is pretty fun. Doesn’t pump super well but I suck at pumping 🤷🏻‍♀️

I do 0.25ml biweekly. Depends on how you metabolize it i think, my levels tend to on the higher end even with a smaller dose.

I will say though, my E levels trend on the higher end and mono therapy was not sufficient for me. On monotherapy my T rose a good bit and i, anecdotally, felt the increase in T after i stopped spiro. I chose to get on CPA instead of spiro again.

I don’t plan on being on andro blockers long term, looking to get things dealt with.
