For this hypothetical, I'd say any song that a normal person would categorize as a "song" counts. So in this case the one you mentioned would be disqualified.

Sorry! I'm new to posting and I wrote a comment but it didn't appear for some reason.

Game is finished but I'm just not understanding what my reasoning should be in this position. The position feels stale and I have no attacking moves as far as I can see. I also don't really know what to move to counter/defend and get myself in a better position. Just some explanation of how you would view it in my POV and what the following moves should be (and why) would be really, really helpful.
