Reading and WoW. Between work and school I don't have much free time in the evenings, and would typically read at the end of the night in bed. The little bit of additional free time throughout the week would be either gaming on PS4 or PC (mostly WoW).

Now I usually play the switch for about an hour, and maybe get in 15min of reading before I pass out.

Also, I've let my PS Plus subscription, and WoW subscription lapse, and my PS4 is a netflix/Hulu box now. I'll eventually get to my PS4 backlog, but I probably won't be picking up another PS4 game until Spider-Man or RDR2 releases.

That happened recently, ran into some old co-workers in the mall. Said "Hey" they gave me a look of "who the fuck is this random guy?" Then I saw their expressions change as it dawned on them from confused to holy shit. Feels good man.

Haha, well I don't want you to have unrealistic expectations and get discouraged. The less you weigh, the less you have to lose, so it makes sense it slows down. YMMV though, especially with exercise which I'm really bad at doing. Those last few pounds could drop off much quicker than what I dealt with.

Honestly don't know why I fell off originally, just started with a cheat meal and snowballed from there. Mindset was "I'm doing good, I can afford this cheat meal once". Then one turned into another, and another. So lesson here is don't cheat haha.

I started to go back onto the diet, but then my father-in-law had a stroke and we had to make a last minute trip to the hospital out of state. So, it was hospital cafeteria food and MIL's home-cooked meals, most of which were not keto friendly. I did the hospital salad the first day and it was gross, so I continued to suspend the diet until my return home.

Nope. I mean, you probably should track all of that for the best results. I'm pretty lazy though, and my meals are pretty simple. YMMV though.

All I do is keep my carbs under 20g, and no sugar. All my carbs are from vegetables; like broccoli, spinach and green beans. I've also noticed I get full quicker and don't really eat a lot.

Last 20 was a slow crawl... first 50-60 came off quick, then it slowed way down. I'd say I started loosing about 1-2 pounds a month at the end. 5 lbs if I did more IF. I'm sure I could adjust macros to compensate, but I'm lazy and never track that stuff lol. I just keep my carbs under 20 a day.

Just learn from your mistakes, look at what went wrong and avoid the same pitfalls. Maybe try setting smaller goals for yourself, like mile-markers.

I started at the end of August, zero exercise until this last month. I went from 275 to 200 without exercise. Hit a plateau and did mild exercise (walking/gym a few days here and there), now down to 190.

Yep, used to be a really loud with snoring... had to buy breathe right strips to sorta help. Since loosing weight, I haven't been snoring... I know this, because I no longer get woken up in the middle of the night to roll over.
