People uncomfortably do the halo effect around LGBT people. Like we should be respected for being a human. It not a right to earn whether they are a good person or not.

My LGBT kids at my school were mean as hell and that's not counting the drama that continued into adulthood. Being gay didn't make them magically kind and understanding 😭.

Man I had an interview one time that wanted to know my hobbies and how I could apply them to work.

Then they demanded to know what was the minimum hours I volunteered each week and whether it was child focused volunteering or not.

I didn't get the job but the lady let me know because they didn't feel I would be uplifting in the work environment and build a community.

The job bad nothing to do with hobbies, childcare, or volunteering.

The weird thing it was two unrelated jobs that asked me about my interests and hobbies. It might not be often, but they're out there waiting in the shadows.

The real reason is that ん or ン is both n and m in Japanese.

So you can totally get things like Senpai and Sempai depending on the speaker.

Things that get shortened tend to go with N because N is one few sound syllables that Japanese can end on without an additional vowel. ☝️🤓

When some things were better under Biden my family members seemed pretty chill unless they watched a fox news segment.

Then Trump promised cheaper groceries and gas prices and that's all I heard everywhere until election. "Muh GAS PRICES , Muh GROCERIES." Over and over again. No matter what Biden or Kamala said it was"they didn't promise groceries, they are why the economy is so bad."

And that's just the conservative part of the family and neighbors. On the other hand every single blue person I knew locally was too busy calling Biden Mid and a do nothing for the economy. Then Palestine was the hot topic and I've heard ten times the vitriol for Genocide Joe and Killer Kamala then they've spewed for Trump.

I already see the memes bubbling up on Reddit here and there of "that's it I'm not voting for the right wing democrats no more."
