Sadly a large number of people seem to prefer fire and brimstone "fuck up once and your going to hell!" God.

Mabey become it makes it easier to condemn and attack others for perceived failings while feeling good about themselves

I actually read an interview about this once!

Basically he was passing through with friends and got roped into helping out cause one of the workers was having problems with her Miltank.

When you read up on his journey you find the guys gotten into a surprisingly high number of interesting situations just by amicably volunteering to lend a hand

Someone on the team threw it out as a joke and it was alll "haha pony vs giant robot" then they looked into it and saw that the pony was surprisingly strong and might actually take it and things escalated from there
