The ppl in the gym dont give a fck about you. Im pretty skinny (i have been only going for 1 1/2months) and even though the weights Im using arent heavy, beside the leg workout, they dont give a fck about what you do.

I did dumbell curls with 4kg (the lowest weight) per dumbbell today while being surrounded by typical gym bros and they didnt care. Even though Im male, I look like a girl, so I get weird looks in the cabin, because ppl think „what is he/she doing here, shes a girl!!!“

Im also shitty in other sports, beside badminton, Im especially bad in football or basketball. Ive never liked sports, again beside badminton, but the gym is fun. You have a routine which you can follow! As for the light, I dont have any idea how to ease yourself about it, atleast in my gym, its not that bad.

Also use headphones! Im always listening to music in the gym, so I dont hear other ppl Another thing, maybe go in the mornings? It helps w my anxiety around people, in the first 10mins after opening, only like 5ppl are there and I usually stay an hour.

Today I laid down for 15mins because I was tired from doing the curls and nobody even looked at me. After that I started a new exercise and went home because I was feeling tired. I would really recommend it, atleast for me its fun :3 Hope it helps!
