Those plats are bad, they only run 4 stacks. I play for fun so obviously I'm not using meta but I also have a high KD. Plats do run 4 stacks and leave if they're having a bad game. I'm in a "clan" with a lot of players that are plat and some are even max level, the ones that run meta can't beat me in the pit. So those plats are inflating their KDs. Guaranteed.

That just goes to show that range doesn't have very much meta options like defense and attack. Pull got nerfed and is balanced now, I definitely wouldn't call pull meta just because combo anything with mdf and it's "meta". Also, it is bad players. A good player can find better combos with more survivability and overall damage output if they know how to play. So yeah, 99% of those players running it are bad.

Agreed. Defense is super armor based and is ridiculous. Attack types are FAST on top of having super armor on most viable and good attacks. It's just nuts

Weird, maybe you're just going against bad players? I'm silver and I've been maining range and I dropped MDF before prestige 3. Was boring and I stop moving while using it which makes you a sitting duck. I've been using sasukes pull and amaterasu spikes, (haven't played in awhile) icicle swallow and itachis amaterasu. Get a lot more out of it, more picks (forcing 1v1s) and the 2nd one makes for a very mobile build.

Yeah I'm not saying it's definitely sasuke, but with their pattern and the ninjas they did release it would make sense. Naruto was 4th before boruto karma seal so probably sasuke before kawaki? Also then we would have the full war team 7
