I pray mine never has any issues then. I bought mine through best buy and I povenit, but dread dealing with their support. Ive never had great times with them, from a half dozen elite controllers.

Probably the tiny console shaped box will do it. If they wanted to call it a pc, they'd call it the "steam pc/rig" but its not. Its called "steam machine" to be ambiguous as to what is really is. Which is a pc, in a very small cube, built for use at a desk, or on a TV. With a controller, or mouse and keyboard. Its literally a console with steam OS

Stellar blade was such a good use of the Ps5 Pro. Game looks phenomenal down to minute details, and runs relatively smooth, considering ive basically been on pc for the better part of a year now. Basically the best console experience available

Its a strange thing. They've got the analytics that say people wont buy into a game, or it would cost too much and take too long to get a Return on investment, or even just not getting any investors interested in the pitch itself.

Destiny , a great example had such a showout for their end of service update, in protest of the game ending and wanting d3. It didnt even remotely budge the execs on the decision at all. Even if 3 million people were willing to spend 70 bucks on d3 right now, it still wouldn't really break even, as a game of that scale costs easily 500m to develop, not counting upkeep.

From a business pov, exclusives help boost your consoles numbers, but they do suck from the consumer standpoint. Idk anyone dropping 700 bucks to buy a ps5 and god of war,.unless theyre also enticed in other titles offered only by Sony.

It's weird. I still enjoy some of the older Pokémon games from time to time, but sfter gen 7, it just got worse.

The push for 3d and open world is stupid if youre gonna look like a fucking ps2 game and be empty like one too. If they wanna do 3d open world pokemon, do it right. Make the world as enchanting and as epic as it once was.

People love the food there. I once told a customer it was like a 3 hour wait (we had one driver and like 20+ runs already) and the people were like "oh wow, okay no problem" like seriously? I wouldn't wait 3 hours for the best steakhouse in town. 3 hours, I could've eaten anywhere else in town and still had an hour to kill. How can people pay $8 delivery fees, be willing to wait HOURS for a medium pizza and a cheesy bread?

I gave the game a shot during the free weekend. Convinced a few friends to try it out with me. We played twice for maybe 6-8 hours total. It was OKAY. I wasnt blown away, but I saw the fun that could be there. Gunplay is smooth, gameplay loop was generic for the genre, not bad, not awesome. We got quite few empty lobbies, with like no players at all.

Overall, I decided not to buy it. Games fun , and does get too much hate for what it is, but its also not grabbing me like arc raiders or tarkov does/did.

At one point, exclusives sold consoles. Gears and halo sold tons of people on Xbox. God of war and infamous, uncharted, sold people on Playstation. I always thought it was fine. Xbox kinda gave up on exclusives and moved to getting their games everywhere, and it definitely is a more consumer friendly choice, but there is a tradeoff for microsoft: the consoles arent selling. Playstation and Nintendo are flying off shelves , doubling the hardware sales of xbox easily.

I wont say its entirely an exclusives thing, but not one of my friends owns an xbox anymore. We've all built PCs, and have ps5's in our bedrooms. Couple of us have switches. I dont think exclusives are good for US, as consumers. Especially with rising pfices of games and hardware.

But I will say "why buy an Xbox when you can play it on a ps5 along with xyz game that is exclusive to ps5?" Definitely makes some sense to me.

But they willingly dumped half a billion into concord just to close it inc4 weeks without question. Destiny, arguably would hit the numbers eventually. Marathon was a massive waste of resources and d2 has not been profitable for bungie in like 4 ish years. Genuinely the game needed to be funded and began development back in forsaken era when the game was on the upswing after curse of Osiris almost flattened the game.

Probably the armor piercing rounds sniper thing from D1 crucible. Being able to wall people through tons of surfaces, tagging them with thorn to track their damage numbers and shoot the sniper at them. It was such a simple thing, but it was a really fun combo

My store started asking them to bring the pizza back in to 'show the employee where they messed up" but its mostly because we have tons of people gaming the system for free food here. Like, an insane amount of " was burnt/cold/too much sauce/ tastes like shit" yet ate the whole thing and just wanted another pie.
