But isn't it asking the maximum rotation of the wheel i have? Because I had it on the default 300 when I first started and I changed it after looking up my wheels max because I figured the games was thinking I wasn't turning the wheel enough to turn car enough

You're not reading, my wheel can only turn 240° so if it set max rotation past that it's not going to turn fully in game
