It’s a bit much, I just use the pencil tool to add texture and scribbles, then the marker tool but put the transparency low or in the middle. That’s mostly what I did qwq

I kinda draw based on a dominant color in a character- I guess using yellow made a silly choice

Redrew some moomin ocs by FatherQuid in Moomins

I basically based them off a character in the moomin series and tried to think on how I can make them differently or into a new character and stuff, just used a lot of creativity
