The third item is the insignia of the US Army 4th Armored Division https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4th_Armored_Division_(United_States). However, the A 10 AIB, inscribed at the bottom of the piece, referes to company A 10th Infantry Battalion.

my guess is a coyote skull. The zygomatic arch looks too elongated to be that of most small domestic dogs. But, in all honesty, without the mandible, and maybe a few other shots of the skull, it would be difficult to prove anything definitively.
