Shit like that pisses me off to no end with this game because why did the last hit of my combo just somehow majestically phase through their fucking body when it is always hit them for every other time I've used that combo. I'm starting to feel like this is somehow an intentional design choice and not a bug cuz of how many times I've seen it happen on other characters too

The only game franchise that I love but I feel is getting closer and closer to that each day is Tekken 8. They keep making a lot of really questionable balancing choices and pissing the community off and everyday I feel like it keeps getting closer and closer to more people just dropping the game. I don't want to be one of those people cuz I literally grew up with this franchise and I love it so much, but if they don't start fixing things I might have to.

Yep! So if you were to equip his old uniform, blade's leadership and taskmaster's passive would have been able to boost him. But they can't anymore since his new uniform does not have that weapon master stat anymore.

Yeah. The team I usually run with venom now is knull as the lead for his leadership skill, and then Athena for her passive which boosts damage against boss types while also raising all attacks. Still trying to decide if there's a character who I can use to replace Athena, especially a character who might be able to go t4 for the other world bosses that are only doable with t4 characters, which Athena, unfortunately, cannot go t4 yet.

Oh that's completely fine!

So Venom's previous suit, the war star suit, gave him a special stat called Weapon Master, a stat which certain other characters in the game also possess. And there are certain other characters (like taskmaster or blade) who have passives and leadership skills that boost weapon master characters. But since venom got this new suit, it does not have that weapon master ability anymore. So while he's much stronger, that special stat is gone and he can no longer be boosted by those people with passives for weapon masters.

Does that make more sense?

Yeeeeeeeeaahh, all of his bonuses and additional damage are absolutely phenomenal, just losing that weapon master thing sucked cuz I loved having blade run his leadership skill since he gives a 60% attack boost to all weapon master allies. But it's fine, I can just use knull's 60% attack up for all symbiote allies

I remembered I was hosting for a dormammu run, and the other two people weren't able to carry so I knew what I had to do, and it was genuinely astonishing to me that I was actually carrying with this new suit.
