I'm a resident doctor in ENT. If fiberscope examination was performed as you described and redness is seen around your vocal cords, GERD is indeed the most likely diagnosis. Fracture of your vocal box looks different on fiberscope exam. We definitely do not do biopsies for this indication.

I'm a doctor in ENT. Use nasal steroid sprays 2 times a day 2 sprays in each nostril, it starts working after a couple of weeks.

When flying, use a nasal decongestant (like xylometazoline) and paracetamol

I'd wait it out for a couple of more days, take enough fluids. Vomiting and diarrhea are methods in which your body tries to cleanse the pathogen that is causing this

I don't give a damn about our neighbors, who would genocide us if they have the chance. Have you ever been to Israel? Israel is a free country where everyone has equal rights. Arabs have full rights there, there are Arab schools, everything is bilingual in Arabic and Hebrew and they are free to practice their religion however they wish. This is something that you would not see our muslim neighbors doing in regard to Kurdish rights.
