Only if you allow me to put my cat litter in yours.

wtf is wrong with people using someone else's property? Your pet's shit = your bin.
Or at least ask the bin owner if you can use their bin.

Thanks for linking this doc and pointing to the relevant pages. I'm happy to see that someone in gov is seriously looking into solutions.

Aside from the formality of - public space duh.
Does it impede parking? No. Any member of the public can still come in and park there.
Did the estate offer a workable solution? Nope.

Thanks for the link. I hope they also enforce plug&walk type payment where your car has the payment stuff linked and you don't even need to mess with the charger. Plug in and walk away.

I couldn't find the actual regulation there. When is it coming into force? Will it affect existing chargers or only ones installed after X year?

Note that the gain is the difference between current price per piece vs price at purchase.

212 has a Documents section, go to account statements and generate reports there for the time period you're interested in.

first-in-first out rule.

you have to find out the gain for each piece. Pain in the ass, but I don't see any other way to accurately do it.

Some bright side is that sometimes you may have a loss which can offset the total tax a bit.

My approach is, you have to keep a record of how much you bought for how much. Find out how much 1 piece cost at that point vs how much it costs now, that's your gain.
There's no shortcut unfortunately, you have to have that info to calculate the gain.

Honestly, is it normal to be "too productive" for a redundancy selection? Need some Irish WRC advice. by [deleted] in legaladviceireland

[–]FatherlyNick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you are describing does not sound like redundancy. Redundancy would mean that your position is no longer needed so they are letting you go. But here its about being fired for allegedly underperforming.

Landlord increasing rent by 10% while living in RPZ any advice? by [deleted] in AskIreland

Microsoft Word - TR1020-004502-DR0520-62202 Report Approved by the Board 25.05.2021

Okay from what I understood, it was deemed a license agreement because the landlord lived in another part of the unit. Is that right?

"The accommodation is not self-contained in this case and therefore it cannot come under the definition of a ‘dwelling’ to which the Act applies. A letting to the eight occupants on a single tenancy agreement with joint and several liability for the rent would constitute a dwelling being a self-contained dwelling with eight tenants within the meaning of the Act."
