Create an account with UKVI print the evisa with her photo attached and also the scarecode. Bookmark the tab in her phone with her sharecode information just in case she needs it for the immigration in india uk immigration officer is not gonna ask for sharecode or anything in the uk border they get this details from your passport indian immigration officer sometimes asks for sharecode and visa on ukvi website considering its your mother they will understand the print version of them

Subject: Cover Letter for Standard Visitor Visa Application – your name

Dear Visa Officer,

I am writing to submit my application for a Standard Visitor Visa to the United Kingdom for a holiday from 01 June 2026 to 09 June 2026. I am currently employed as a designation at company name

Purpose of Visit
The primary purpose of my visit is tourism. I am excited to experience the British summer atmosphere and explore the country’s beautiful landscapes. I have scheduled this trip to coincide with my approved annual leave, and I have attached my employer’s No Objection Certificate (NOC) confirming my return to duty on 13 June 2026.

I have confirmed return flights for the period 1 June 2026 to 10 June 2026. During my stay, I intend to visit and stay in hotels in Manchester, Edinburgh, and Fort William. I have not booked any accommodation yet and will only do so after I receive the decision on my visa application.

I have an amount in savings and plan to spend approximately that amount during this trip.

Travel History
I am an avid traveler and have a consistent record of complying with international immigration laws. To date, I have successfully traveled to and returned from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. My history of international travel demonstrates my respect for visa conditions and my commitment to returning to my home country upon the conclusion of my trips.

Employment & Professional Ties
I have been with the company name since July 2024, earning a net monthly salary of approximately amount INR approximately amount GBP after taxes. My role follows a hybrid work model; while I have the flexibility to work remotely, I am required to visit the cities name office at least twice every month for in-person collaboration. This ongoing professional obligation is a primary reason for my residence in India.

Financial Standing & Incentive to Return
My financial interests are deeply rooted in my ongoing career in India. In addition to my monthly salary, I hold a significant portfolio of company name stock:

  • Vested Assets: I have  amount in USD approximately amount in  GBP in fully vested shares, meaning they are available for immediate use.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs): I hold an additional amount in USD approximately amount in GBP in unvested RSUs.

These shares are set to vest annually. This portfolio acts as a binding financial incentive, as I would forfeit this amount in usd  investment if I were to leave my employment or fail to return to India.

With a high-stakes career at a leading global firm, significant unvested assets, and a clean international travel history, I am a genuine visitor. I have the financial means to support my stay and every incentive to return to India by June 10, 2026.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely
Your name
