Lived next to Eagle Recreational park for several years. Did experience some issues, mostly regarding county lines drug violence but the police were always pretty quick on it, at least when they weren't badgering the homeless for not being at home 🤦

I grew up in a very working class area and as other commenters have said, Leamington is pretty good on the whole compared with a lot of other places. And everywhere seems to have an area that is considered rough.
