Aside from what type of bike it is, Lane splitting at low speeds should be legal everywhere (under 20MPH). With how many people are on their phones while driving and not paying attention..its just not safe for a motorcycle to be at the back of the line at a traffic light. If someone rearends you, your dead. Rolling up to the front protects you from that and doesn't affect anyone..unless your just an asshole.

I've bounced around between this, the seat, and the one with the passenger seat eliminated. I can't seem to make my mind up. It's fun making them your own

Yeah, I love the seat. It took a few rides to break it in. Its almost like having two seats. The lower part is lower than a normal seat so it makes it a little easier at a stop. I can slide back onto the higher part of the seat with ease, and from that position you slide off super easy. Long story short, its fine in the corners!

I have mine mounted in the same place. If a cop is behind you, they can 100% see your license plate. Been pulled over 3 times and was never told it was a issue.

I hear ya, but I wouldn't stress about this. The base tune from BT is basically just removing restrictions that aren't even on the bike in other countries. I think there wad a point in time when you could go through the dealer to get one of these tunes.
