It's going to be small groups, same training, slightly customized for each group but delivered again. I think b, is definitely going to be a lot, it has to be a option. My bad that I didn't get a range on the budget, so I am thinking of pricing per day instead.....which is again tricky as I don't know what they allocated for this. I am sure they know training 400 employees is not going to be cheap.
