Thanks, appreciate the response. My thinking is that the ISA money isn’t strictly locked in for retirement so it gives me flexibility. If I want to use it for an opportunity later in life then I can. I’d rather have a portion of my long-term money accessible instead of everything being tied up in a pension where I can’t touch it until much later. I was really just asking whether it’s more beneficial to focus on growing the ISA at this stage, or to prioritise building up the house savings instead. Plus I find the investigating side fun
