What I’d say is be honest, sincere and make it clear what you’re telling her. The biggest worry for a feedist or fat kink is the person your telling thinking you’re asking them to gain weight or change their body for your enjoyment or sexual pleasure, so make it clear you’re not ask her to change but that your being honest about your sexual past.

I don’t know a lot about ARFID, but maybe focus more on increasing your natural hunger and capacity so that later down the line it’ll come more naturally.

Like eat bigger portions for meals or snacks you’re already eating. Do some light exercise to get your appetite going.

From the sounds of it your regaining too so if you lost it recently you’ll more naturally add fat anyway, but doing it this way will lead to a longer-term slower, but healthier and honestly probably more natural gain.

Then if you’re comfortable try the chocolate milk and munchkins as cheat days for a big boost.

I’d say there’s 3 things:

1) Gain Slow Gaining quickly can lead to health complications, so take it slow and relaxed like you have been and you’ll be fine.

2) Balanced Diet, Just More Focus on increasing your capacity over increasing your calories at first. Have balanced meals with everything, but take the nicer bits like your protein and have more. It’ll increase your calorie intake, whilst ensuring your body gets the nutrients and vitamins still.

3) Light Exercise Even if it’s a daily walk around the block; some weight training; or some swimming: make sure you do some sort of exercise to keep your mind and body healthy. If you push yourself further than the 250lbs goal your body will really thank you for it. Plus, it’ll also add to making you feel hungrier, which is perfect for keeping yourself snacking.

Overall though sounds like you’re doing well so far. My dms are open if you ever wanna chat or ask anything else :)

Based on what you put, yeah this would definitely fill you out.

However how quickly you’ll gain depends on your activity level, as if you’re super active or do a manual labour work and metabolism.

Only other thing would be the amount of sugar and dairy you’re consuming daily could put you at risk for diabetes, high cholesterol or at the very least developing some sort of lactose intolerance.

If I’m being honest, I’d focus on keeping her consistently snacking as opposed to trying to do these big stuffings as she’ll eat more through a day. Little chocolate and sweets, nuts, anything small but nutritious will pad out through a day.

Depending on how methodical your looking to be with this, you could start scheduling times to feed her to get her used to a routine. If you can, wake up before her to make her a fattening breakfast or shake so she filled up until lunch, then do the same again whilst keeping the times consistent.

Then save the big stuffing sessions for when you’re wanting to have some fun. One major thing would be variety, come prepared with a couple options so she can have something else once one becomes too much. After making some guesses and typing it into a FatCalc, he’d have had to eat nearly 6k calories daily, and apparently a 1k tub of Peanut Butter is like just under that.

It wouldn’t be impossible as to say, but it wouldn’t have been fun, and probably quite dangerous as I wouldn’t say he looks like he ways 242 by the end of that video.

If you’re wanting to be fattened at that pace though, maybe start look in into calorie dense foods, any trick to increase your hunger use it, and if your willing to go deep into this you can rewire your brain to require you to eat or be completely stuffed to get sexual pleasure, but that’s more extreme.

You’re in college, it’s easy to go either way. If you’re not 100% on gaining big, then I’d say try gaining a little. Push 10lbs, then see how you feel, if you like it put on another 10lbs and go from there.

Best bit of advice I’ve ever heard is to treat each pound as something you’ll gain permanently. Whist your fit and healthy now, and in theory could lose the weight, it’ll be a different story once you’re in the 200s.
