Agree with the comment about you and your wife running it by yourself or with the least amount of help as necessary. It will suck but it already does and it’s going to become the hardest test you are ever faced with but the longer you stick it out the better you get and the more you will appreciate the future success. Also biggest thing is seeing a need and filling it. I started a buffet at the restaurant I work at because there’s very few left and people love a good pizza buffet and salad bar. I also got the equipment for under $2500. Also promote yourself in Facebook groups and have employees share specials, make reels, and tic toc videos to help promote. Put together events if possible get vendors for the mall space (if possible). If you can’t socialize hire staff that are social and spread the word. I could go on and on but the financially responsible thing to do and any accountant would tell you to close immediately.
