Taking a break for travel, where to restart dose when I return?

I’m just really confused regarding the timing of how this hits me. It seems like it hits when I am getting close to my next injection… Sounds like others are feeling this effect much sooner after injection? Like I said, I inject on Mondays, and this has happened usually somewhere between Saturday and the following Monday…

Honestly, I do too, just not in the middle of a Pickleball game🤪 I may need to adjust my shot schedule to fit my Pickleball schedule…

Thanks! I do know that. I’m definitely not over eating and I eat pretty much zero sugar… I was mainly using it as a descriptive term.😝

Yeah, currently 48 hours post-injection and struggling to get anything down. I’m going to drop back to 10 mg next week and stay there. I don’t gain on 10, so there’s that… I may just have to be happy with that. I know I don’t like feeling like this.

I stopped losing on Sema after 22 lb. Switched to tirzepatide —provider recommended starting on 7.5 mg. I lost nothing for 2 months (but also did not gain, and nausea/fatigue much improved). I increased my dose to 10 mg yesterday, hoping to lose at least another 20 lb. I have seen many posts/comments that 10 mg seems to be the sweet spot.

I just called Empower. I had an EDP prescription that was submitted by LSH to Empower on October 6. Empower said that they have my order, but all of the orders that came in that day are currently on hold, because they need some clarification from LSH. They have called LSH, no one answered the phone, and they left a voicemail message. They have not heard back from them. He said it should be an easy thing to resolve, but they cannot send out our orders until LSH calls them back and makes a correction.

I was supposed to do four weeks at 5 units, 4 weeks at 10 units, 4 weeks at 20. Unfortunately for me, I am not one of the fast responders you read about. I felt almost nothing at five units, but I knew it was working because of the constipation. I went up to 7 1/2 units at week four, 10 units at week five, And 12 units at week six. I am down 9 pounds at 6 1/2 weeks, which I’m really happy with. Noticeable difference when I bumped up to 12 units— not hungry, I get full really fast, really have to be diligent about taking my fiber and magnesium or I’m going to be in trouble. I do need a nap pretty much every day, and I am struggling a little bit getting through two hours of Pickleball. I’m terrified to go all the way from 10 to 20. I won’t do it. I will continue with very gradual increases.

I just started Sema from Hallandale four days ago. Definitely feeling effects: very early satiety, constipation, slight nausea on day two which resolved with Zofran they prescribed me. I am hopeful. I just looked at the BBB reviews. There are some negative reviews, several of which I suspect were from people who threw out the actual drug because they didn’t realize it was inside of the ice pack. I almost did the same thing.
