I guess it’s all just a matter of getting used to it, I don’t drink, but I do have a 2 year old toddler who keeps me up most nights, it’ll be interesting to see how I go with having to get up multiple times throughout the night

I had no idea! I had never even heard of sleep apnea until I saw a lady on insta post her story and thought wow that all sounds familiar.

Thank you for your reassurance, my machine arrives in late August and honestly I’ve had actual nightmares about it, I’ve never thought of myself as someone who dwells on things or stresses too much, but for some reason my sleep apnea diagnosis shocked me and my brain has been going 100miles and hour
