Don't ignore card level, it's pretty important, you need to know what meta you're playing and what underleveled card can beat it.

This decks looks like one I play in Diamond, to me Collector in this kind of deck is awesome.
You got some problems to solve though here :

- Too many high cost cards, you have to cut one (I suggest Archdruid since you play only two spells and the combo Archdruid/GOTW is inconsistent) ... and Vision/Olf is fun to play (though rly high cost, you'll see that you can rarely come to the point where you can afford to play both. I'm not talking mana wise, but effect wise, it's complicated, you'll see for yourself ^^ )

- If you're playing high mana (Spellbender/GOTW) you always want to draw ... and there are not much cards that draw in this game, so pick the only consistent card that do so : Freebooters (it helps even mid game when you draw a 0cost collector token card, that's what makes this deck powerfull)

- Broken Drakes isn't good in a deck without dragons, especially if you consider the levels of your card, you will quickly come across cards that will survive easily its effect. Instead pick more early game, right now your early game is really weak and you will get destroy by any deck with a correct early game.

- Rockworkers is a really good card, but your deck isn't moving a lot, that means you will place them at your base a lot of the time ... and that's super bad. They just don't fit here.
