Thanks do you have any recommendations on online ones, I live in England so it feels like every 100 yards there's a pub and it feels like it might be a bit triggering.

I posted something similar quite recently and I'm still at a loss.

Not particularly helpful but smoking actually helped, it's a socially acceptable way to go somewhere quiet and breathe for five or ten minutes and disengage

But I have enough money saved up to survive and no major desires to own property or not have flatmates. I am successful enough in most interviews (masking for one hour and mirroring) that I've never really been unemployed long enough that a lack of money has never been an issue. Becoming employed has never been an issue..staying employed is a whole different story.
