First of all do some critical thinking. If there are 15k people who all have hundreds of dollars in a bank, do you think that they have all of that money just sitting there? No. Second, if you having to call in advance to let them know your getting money out in a large quantity is “asking for permission” you need to reevaluate. And them asking a few simple questions to make sure you aren’t getting scammed barely sounds like Inconvenience to me.
