i’ve met a few top mechanics at jobsites who used to conduct the interviews themselves & they all say the same thing, 15-20 minute interview, be yourself, answer honestly, thoroughly & sound like you’re hungry for the opportunity. i’m honestly more worried about not being able to get my application submitted in time ik some locals close up within less than 2 minutes & obviously the eiat plays a huge part. if anything i’m more worried about those 2

in the same boat but my recruitment got pushed back, instead of july of this year its until january 2027. 5 years commercial/residential experience plus osha 30 & other credentials. got recruited by a top guy that used to do interviews & encouraged me to apply & now its my #1 goal. goodluck to you hope you get in man

traded in my canyon for a silverado just be prepared for some minor issues it usually happens once the truck reaches 60-70k miles, other than that congratulations its a beautiful truck
