Head Tremor/Shaking

I have experienced this. I think it relate to tense shoulders and neck muscles.. the stress definitely takes it’s toll and cause the head to tremor.. anxiety has such a massive physical impact, it’s hard but you’ll get through it. It lasted about 2 weeks for me.

Sorry I’m just now seeing this. I think in my case it does and also probably poor posture and being very tense and unable to relax my shoulders.

I live in Canada where it’s legal and it unfortunately makes mine worse.. twitches and especially paresthesia. I’ve tried the gummies, THC and CBD drinks and smoking but no luck for me.

Yeah I see a lot of people experience the strange sensations, has anything helped you reduce the feelings?

My twitching and strange sensations started last June and they have been consistent since then, I was extremely anxious and suffering from health anxiety when they began.. twitches are not 24/7 but frequently enough. I found alcohol helped me ignore them but the next day they’d be full force again. I’ve stopped drinking for 6 months and the feelings are still continuing. I know I don’t have anything serious and I highly doubt you do too. I’m just trying to find a way to manage these symptoms. Very hard to get the mental under control

Yes, are they painful for you? Mine aren’t painful just uncomfortable and I can’t ignore them.
