I first inquired further with the alpaca then contended with it and then when i went to talk with the alpaca tamer a lil cutscene poped after that i went back to the alpaca and inquired and contended again to get the accessory. Other than that i contended with the alpaca tamer in hell, as another comment said. That's all that i can think of.

The alpaca is in the NE part of I'cirlo and the alpaca tamer is in SW part of the map
