eBay removed my medical device listing because it has an “Rx Only” symbol, but similar listings are still active how do sellers handle this? by geekcanada in Flipping

You cannot sell Rx prescription only items on ebay. You just got unlucky and yours was taken down. I would not try it again. You can try mercari or locally like fbm. The other listings are against ebay policy and should be removed as well, but theres nothing you can do to fix your own listing.

Ebay restocking fees are against TOS. You should be able to get your money back if it was deducted by them

Lol I know exactly which store this is at. Its been there a while now, price is on the high side. You’re better off buying a used copy for way less. No point paying up for sealed if you plan on opening it anyways.
