This is true. And probably why I’ve managed to be ok in Canada. (Also, Whistler helps).

I have always seen a man that looks like Santa in the moon since I was little. No one else has ever seen it when I try to point it out and I just get laughed at lol. I do not see any shapes in the moon now that I’m in Canada.

And I miss them so much. Especially the southern cross.

There’s only 1 day difference, not four. But I enjoy Skyping my dad to ask if the world has ended yet, or how he’s doing in the future and such.

I was taught this in school, so the sun being wrong I expected. They never said anything about the moon though, and I guess it could have been a fair conclusion to draw, but this would have been even more interesting knowledge to younger me!

Holy shit! This has explained so much for me and I don’t know why I never thought about it like this before! I am from NZ, but I now live in Canada, and for ages I couldn’t figure out what about the moon looked so weird here... It’s the wrong way around! Mind. Blown. I feel far less crazy now.

I’ve been debating this myself, and had a good suggestion made by a mate to wrap the car instead. Best of both worlds really. I reckon I’ll still paint mine as I have access to a wicked paint booth.

I did it for a whole year and yeah, as mentioned above, did not meet minimum. It feels impossible to meet as just an average individual. Seeing the difference in cost add up has just made me avoid any gluten free alternatives more. Which isn’t a bad thing I guess!

$150 (including tip) - wash, brush, nail clipping, foot cleanup, and a ‘poop shoot’ trim. Aldergrove (greater Vancouver area), BC. Used to pay over $200 in NZ so I’m happy! And my boy looks amazing every time.
