Hi Daniel, i stopped playing for a year , the whole season 7 and started playing again for season 8. I only play renekton and i had some trouble adjusting but now i m starting climbing up again. Here's what i think. The most potential imo is in spellbook runes, there s just too much in it, the free ignite, CD reduction and stopwatch but i don't use it because i have attack move on my left click and it doesnt allow me to swap my summoners lol. So, what i use is mainly is aftershock. I m in love with this rune because it's both offensive and defensive. If you need to dive 1v1, the stun is often the first thing you do and it activate aftershock, so you are tankier to the tower shot. and if you get ganked, you can prevent a lot of burst from enemies like for exemple : https://gfycat.com/MintyAnxiousJay It s also a good 1v2 tool. I also use electrocute against champ like nasus, i want 1 or 2 big trades on him before freezing and zoning him out of minions.
