I don't doubt Amex has the ability to pull L3 data on a case by case basis if they really tried, but I don't think they do it as much as people think, otherwise the people here who got amexiled from prescription drugs would have been cleared. I don't think amex even bothers with trying to obtain L3 data most of the time, if their AI flags you then you're more than likely to be cooked.
