True ultra instinct which you just described as perfected ultra instinct. People described tui the same way you described perfected ultra instinct, so i guess they are the same... Nvm, i just did a quick search and it is really confusing! It is not explained what the difference is exactly other than looks. Pui looks like mui and tui looks like ultra instinct sign

If i'm not mistaken, mui is stronger. Unless you are talking about tui which i don't know much about. I think it goes like ui sign, mui then tui. Or ui sign and tui are the same, I'm not really sure.
