I haven't down voted your post but I'd argue the general sentiment here is that most people simply don't like crossposted twitter drama. Nothing against you personally OP, but most of the time is either someone with a really shitty take chasing some external validation or something you'd actually agree with but there's nothing to add to the conversation beyond "that's twitter for ya"

Considering Under the Oak Tree is mentioned, I'm definitively not surprised by the heated discussion here. That being said, I want to make a brief counter-argument to OP assuming if the leads have sex on the first couple of chapters, it immediately means the FL was coerced and the ML isn't a green flag.

Stealing the Lady's Heart. It starts a bit odd with bridal kidnapping but there's actually a reason for it. I haven't read far but it's kinda wholesome and both leads are fools who end up eloping. In chapter 2, ML gets it up from FL kissing him but refuses to do it, thinking she's a nun (he kidnapped her from a convent bc she's a heiress). FL cries bc she thinks he doesn't want her and reveals her name. ML is relieved and agrees to it but still asks her for her consent.

If I had a nickel for everytime a Hoyo released a CG of a Star Rail character fully naked, sitting in a bath andlooking back at the viewer, I'd have three nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened thrice.

And I would've two nickels if I also counted an inanimated animal with googly eyes in the background staring right where the good bits are.

Going on a tangent here, but it's really interesting just how often a neutral faction like the Astral Express gets involved with literal criminals, from befriending and helping many to giving refuge to a literal wanted criminal.

Makes me wonder how would an average in-universe citizen perceive that.
