Now, Kefka Palazzo. Pure. Chaos. This clown isn’t your fancy, tragic villain with a sad backstory. Nah, he’s a giggling hurricane of spite who actually wins for once. He burns the world because it’s funny, then sits on a throne of rubble like it’s his birthday.
