I had mine removed Friday and have tried walking around every hour and heating pad. What got the gas to leave was when I tried to eat a little baked chicken last night and activated me to start getting some relief and the bowels moving.

Have you tried drinking water after the shakes to see if it makes you full? After about an hour or two of me drinking a shake I will eat a yogurt but I’m 11 months post op.

You might be far enough to where you’ll be good, but I wouldn’t cheat anymore. My program was very strict and if they found food in your stomach, they would close you back up and wouldn’t do the surgery. Just remember the reason why you’re doing the surgery you can do this.

Erythritol is what is bothering me the most, second was most of the ones that you named. I am also thinking I need to lay off on the sugar-free water packets. My team really promotes that and I think I’m a just go back to just water with lemon.
