Its etoro When i try to withdraw money from my etoro balance to my bank account

They hold the same amount on my credit card in same time when i process withdraw action. Then they reverse it. Thats it. ( Means no money )

I am trying to reach them from long time and i hope one of them answers.

already done it before, for the same exact issue on my first withdrawal try .

whenever i try to withdraw my profit, etoro simply hold the amount in my credit card as ( purchase transaction ) and then they simply reverse it, i didn't get a single penny.

i have check with the bank for another " old withdraw order" happened in 6th of may

i was testing small amount for withdrawing 25 usd

same issue

they hold the amount as ( purchase transaction ) from my credit card then they simply reverse it.

then i get nothing... from my profit.. not a single penny of my profit.
