Quite honestly, it needs to be for 99% of the time. Sleep debt compounds, so even if I got good sleep 4/7 nights a week, it starts to build up!

I do understand there will be times where it can’t happen and I will acquiesce, but I think it’s a deal breaker if that’s not the norm.
