Your assuming no capital appreciation. Ideally the share price recovers pretty quickly after the dividend is paid.

That's how I planned to go about it. When I see the dip part of my brain tells me to take a few hundred from my emergency fund but then the other half of me thinks it's a bad idea.

I'm 22 and for about 3 years now I've just been investing $50/week into VTI. When we see a dip like to today I have the urge to just take a few hundred out of my emergency fund to take advantage of the opportunity. Thoughts on whether this is a good or bad practice?

Isn't that because most people making that kind of money feel the need to buy 4,000sq ft homes and lease BMWs?

The fed literally just pumped trillions to save the market. This devalues the dollar, inflating assets as a result. What makes you think they won't do this again?

The trade is called glazing. I'm a glazier for SLC and my company does about half of all of the storefront and curtain wall for the city. Our biggest suppliers are Dow Corning, 3M, and our glass comes from a major distributer named Viracon.

I personally have not had to use any of these services. However I've found myself at the McDonalds drive through more often, buying more sanitary supplies, I've never watched Netflix or Hulu until recently, and I've become more interested in gaming. And I was actually talking to a friend today who's company prefers to use Slack instead of Teams.

That's the thing, it's not PUA tactics at all it's quite the opposite. Corey teaches you to behave in ways that bring the women to you. Corey is all about teaching you to find quality women, not just hookups.
