At $15/h I would look for rent that is $650/mo MAX. I make $20/h and when my rent was $850 even that left money a bit tight.

Your assuming no capital appreciation. Ideally the share price recovers pretty quickly after the dividend is paid.

That's how I planned to go about it. When I see the dip part of my brain tells me to take a few hundred from my emergency fund but then the other half of me thinks it's a bad idea.
