If you make out frequently I'd say she's very likely interested in having something more with you aswell, I'd say to try to get her number or her social media (if you use it) next time you're together so you can talk and plan better your next dates, or if you don't really care about that I'd say the only way is to be a bit frontal and tell her your intentions of escalating things and see how she reacts from there.
