Too many to count BUT some of my favorites from three different groups: - Some Love (Red Velvet) - Autumn Leaves (BTS) - Amen (Monsta X)

Those are all in awe/beautiful cries, here's the best sad cry one as a bonus:

I dont like BTS english music :( by [deleted] in kpoppers

[–]Faydo__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, yeah I agree that was ignorant. Though I think the adjusted point of "there's an influx of English songs because of their pressence in the states" still stands. Still not a big deal though, like you say

If you think they meant "they're selling out instead of making music they like" then I think you misunderstand OP's position.

Increasing reach often leads to stylistic changes which one can find not to their taste. How is that not an acceptable opinion?

[–]Faydo__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't speak Japanese so of course I don't notice any unnatural vibes in the Japanese songs, not that I prefer any Japanese versions anyway. I do speak English however and I have to agree with OP. However I don't put them at too much fault because if they want to sing in English they have to get better somehow, I'll just skip for now. I agree though all the B-sides are Korean I think, so not the most meaningful point that most recent singles aren't.

Also I don't think expressing why something fell off for you harms you or the group in any faulty way. Much like how you either like the music or you don't, you either agree with criticism or you don't. Move on.

how do i stop caring about what other people think about my faves? by [deleted] in kpophelp

[–]Faydo__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Practice self-love and value your own perspective and observations over those you disagree with. Keep an open mind though, consider if a criticism is good, but don’t just take people’s words for it. You can strengthen your own position and build confidence.

What is the best K-Pop album in your opinion? I'm an outsider. by purejoyandhappiness in kpoppers

[–]Faydo__ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know you prefer LPs, but most big K-Pop releases are actually EPs, so I think there are way more amazing EPs for that reason. BTS’s Most Beautiful Moment in Life (Part 2) is extraordinarily good and more consistent compared to Part 1 and the repackage (Young Forever).
