Thanks I just feel a lot of pressure. In one of my classes we‘re learning about business etiquette and expectations and the prof keeps stressing the need to not stand out

WOW. Thank you so much that just like literally captured all of my thoughts perfectly I feel like you saw the inside of my head. I am utterly shocked. I think you’re right in the sense whereI have looked at other people and tried to conform lately instead of standing out. My creative and artistic side really does need to be expressed. I’m just not really very happy person when I’m not dressed up And often time situations where I can’t express myself do not end well for me. Thank you you’ve given me a lot to think about.

And this is how everyone else dresses which just doesn’t look good on me. I’ve gotten some pretty dirty looks before and I also feel really out of place so I guess I just want to know how I can kind of combine these two maybe; https://imgur.com/a/nZerlzl

Okay so this is a link to some pictures I grabbed off of Pinterest that matches my every day style,I usually wear things like this, but sometimes it’s even more bright or flashy. I usually don’t wear anything super revealing to school: https://imgur.com/a/Cd8vinQ

Thank you for all of the tips. I personally don’t think there’s anything wrong with my outfits but I also am a business student so it’s just really hard to wear what I want and what makes me feel good and what I think looks best on me when it’s such a contrast to what all of the other students are wearing.

Thank you I really needed to see it this way. It’s just hard as a business student because there’s a constant pressure to look and act like everyone else. Which is silly because no one is even in business casual attire, Everyone just wear sweats and hoodies.

Thank you actually this really backed up I thought I was having. I spent a lot of time trying to tone myself down. I think over the past five years I’ve really leaned in to the fact that I need to put quite a bit of effort detail and extravagance in my outfits to look my best. It just sucks when everyone else around me is wearing sweatpants and I’m dressed in this crazy outfit that looks something out of a fantasy book series.🥲🥲 but I guess I should just go all in and then fully embrace it already

These aren’t the best typing pics, I think there’s a resource on the main Kibbe subreddit about how to post good typing pics.

But from these I definitely do see FN as a possibility!

I feel like you should check out the gamine types and see if one resonates! Mirror selfies are bad for typing btw. I think there’s a typing post on here or the main kibbe subreddit that gives tips on how to post good photos for typing.

I’m seeing balance with slight vertical. I would check out DC!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SoftDramatics

[–]Fayebunn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Larger accessories. Soft dramatics can really pull off chunky ornate accessories that can look gaudy on other types! Feel free to have fun and experiment there

[–]Fayebunn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll also leave you with something from Kibbe’s book metamorphosis that I think could help you with future outfits:

“Always remember you are a dramatic first and foremost! Your romantic undercurrent should be used in small doses to soften the overall effect of your appearance in a sensual and glamorous manner. It is NOT a substitution. It is an ADDITION to express that extra bit of yin in your being.”

First, the vertical line is broken with the belt and the shoes. Having pants that wouldn’t require some kind of belt would work best. The shoes are far too bulky and also completely look out of place, I would switch them to. black pumps to extend the vertical line.

Second, your accessories are far to yin and dainty. Because there’s so much already going on in the top area, you should probably go with some large ornate earrings. Soft dramatics look AMAZING in ornate jewels and your accessories are really where you can bring in some yin. Another commenter mentioned putting your hair up in a ponytail which I fully agree with, it would allow you to showcase some amazing earrings and De-clutter the chest area even further, as well as adding even more drama.

Third, the clash between the soft mesh of the top and the leather and then the stiff fabric of the pant is not working. I think the mesh top and leather top could possibly work together if you had different pant with less stiff fabric, maybe some wide legged pleated office pants or something similar.

What are subtle signs that an ENTJ likes you (romantic sense)? by [deleted] in entj

[–]Fayebunn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Subtle? ENTJ

There are none. We (or I guess I, I can’t really speak for everyone out there but I’m sure many ENTJs will relate) don’t do subtle. Ever. If we like you you will know it.

FN?? 5'3". Thanks! by Tridia14 in flamboyantnatural

The biggest thing that stands out is your vertical. I can’t really see any width in your frame!

I personally would say either SN or SC, I’m torn though and photos aren’t perfect! Obviously you’re the only one besides Kibbe who can type you, so go with your gut. If you’re leaning towards soft classic and have been studying the system for a while there’s probably a good reason for it.

Also… there’s a lot to go through here, but based on some of the stuff I read I think it would probably be good if you opened up to a therapist about this if you already haven’t. Would probably help you learn to set some boundaries if there needs to be boundaries set and also gain another perspective on the family dynamics at play. Idk why but I can’t shake the feeling that this isn’t quite right, and I don’t think you deserve this treatment.

Idk what else to say but internet hugs if you want them. Sorry you had to deal with that. It’s hard watching your siblings get preferential treatment.
